room left much to be desired. While the exterior doors being secured gave a sense of safety, the room itself could use some updates. It was clean, but the overall ambiance wasn't very inviting.

I stayed solo for two nights and appreciated the friendly front desk staff. The clean double room offered comfort, although the LED lighting was a bit overwhelming. Easy access to nearby restaurants was a highlight—definitely check local spots for great meals!

My children wanted a smoother check-in process, especially with the misunderstanding during checkout. It would be great if communication between staff and guests was clearer.

The front desk staff made my night with their super friendly vibe! The room was extra clean, and I felt right at home with comfy bedding and lots of fluffy blankets. Plus, I loved that the location was super convenient for my trip and I could park right by my room!

Just an appropriate option for a quick stopover in Killeen with reasonable price. The rooms were old looking but comfortable. Bring ear plugs to sleep better since it can get noisy at night.

Avoid for a peaceful getaway

So we got our Room early in the the day with a really nice gentleman behind the desk. The front desk staff is always friendly and remember me when I see them, that's nice but it doesn’t make up for everything else.

It wasn’t affordable but honestly, the experience was far from acceptable.

The room was clean, but I struggled with the bed being uncomfortable. My room was right next to the elevator, making it noisy all night. Each night, I noticed a police presence, which felt unsettling. The staff at the front desk were friendly, though I encountered some rudeness from the daytime staff. The overall hotel condition felt run-down. The pool wasn’t accessible for morning fun, locking it until later which was disappointing for kids wanting to swim. Valuably, the price for my stay was appealing, making it budget-friendly. However, waiting for a parking spot every evening was frustrating due to limited spaces.
